All AREKANA products are made to order and printed on demand once you place your order. Please allow 2–7 business days for production, followed by shipping.

• Standard shipping within the United States typically takes 3–8 business days after production.
• You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
• Delivery times may vary slightly during holidays or high-demand periods.

Returns & Exchanges

Because every item is custom-made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as size or personal preference.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at archconnect.ec@gmail.com with a photo of the issue, and we will arrange a free replacement or refund.
